Policies:

Reservations: Reservations must be made with a valid credit card and expiration beyond the reservation date (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We charge a one night deposit to hold your reservation if you contact us to make your reservation, or if you purchase and pre-pay online through our reservation system.

Check In/Check Out: Check-ins begin at 3:00 PM and Check Outs are at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins may be available upon prior notification. We are more than happy to store your bags if you are arriving or departing outside of our check-in or check-out times.

Late Check-Ins: We happily accommodate late check-ins, however, if arriving after 10 PM, guests may find a note on the door with instructions on where their suite is along with other information. We normally still provide check-in after 10 p.m, but we also sometimes will offer this alternative. If you have any questions on that- please call 907-360-9770

Parties-  We are not able to accept Parties or large gatherings. Please contact us first before Booking 907-360-9770 so we can talk through any questions. 

 

Parking: We have plenty of parking available for our guests. It's marked with "guest"  parking in front of and to the side of the house. Please do not park on the street.

Children: We make every effort to accommodate families with younger children and offer the Arie Suite or the Arctic Suite for guests traveling with children. Please note that our rooms are not "childproof" Please contact us if you have any concerns about traveling with your children.  

Smoking: We are a NON-SMOKING property. We ask that smokers use the Outside designated smoking area on the deck area.  This area is provided where there are no guest windows above or below. 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that cancellations happen. We offer a generous cancellation policy of only charging a one-night fee if you cancel 14 days or less from your reservation. If you do need to cancel for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may have the opportunity to rebook the room.  

Refunds: If you have booked through our booking system directly on the  Goldenview Retreat website, and you have to cancel your reservation- your refund will be processed almost immediately- within 3 days. If you have booked with a 3rd party system, like Booking.com The refund can take 7-10 days to process. Please contact us directly if you have any questions on that as well.
